      Guided Form:<\/strong> A few gentle prompts to help you reflect on your journey. We\u2019ll shape it into a story for you and check you\u2019re happy with it before we share anything.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Open Form:<\/strong> If you\u2019ve already written something or want to share freely in your own words, this option gives you space to do just that.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Choose the one that feels right for you.<\/strong> You\u2019ll find both forms just below.<\/p>\n

      We\u2019re here to support you through the process \u2014 and we\u2019ll never share anything without your full permission.<\/p>\n
