Workplace Training on Parental Mental Health

Empowering workplaces to support parents better through lived experience, practical tools, and inclusive training.

Bridging the gap between HR policy and lived experience

Happy Mums delivers lived-experience-led training that helps employers better understand parental mental health and the realities of returning to work as a parent.
We don’t provide HR consultancy or legal advice. Instead, we create space for reflection, discussion and learning, helping organisations consider how their existing practices are experienced by the parents they employ.

Our sessions help managers, HR professionals and workplace leaders build confidence, increase understanding and create more supportive experiences for parents in the workplace.

Why It Matters

  • 39% of the UK workforce are parents with dependent children
  • Over 20% of mums and 10% of dads experience perinatal mental health challenges
  • Early support improves retention, wellbeing, and productivity

Let’s build workplaces where parents feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
