Happy Mums is powered by people like you — people who care about the wellbeing of mums, babies and families across Cumbria.

There are lots of ways you can get involved. Whether you give your time, raise money, share your voice or simply spread the word, your support helps us reach more mums who are struggling.

Donate or Become a Supporter

Every donation, big or small, helps us run our groups, train volunteers, and be there for mums who need us most. You can make a one-off gift or set up a monthly donation via our Supporterships.

Fundraise for Us

From coffee mornings to running challenges, fundraising is a brilliant way to make an impact and raise awareness of maternal mental health. We’ll cheer you on and support you every step of the way.

Volunteer with Us

Our volunteers are the heart of what we do. Use you’ve lived experience of maternal mental health, whether direct or indirect, to support others. We offer full training and a warm, supportive community.

Sharing your experience can help shape better support for future mums. We work with researchers to gather views, stories and ideas from mums and supporters.
