What is Teen to 25 Mums Meets?
A friendly, low‑pressure space for mums from their teens up to 25.
We’re starting with a fun Launch Day and followed by weekly drop‑in sessions. We’ll listen to what matters to younger mums and co‑create the ongoing meet‑ups together, so what happens reflects what you actually want and need.
Expect: Hot drinks, chats, laid‑back activities, and a chance to meet other younger mums. Come with your baby, a friend, a partner or a support worker—whatever feels right for you.
Why It Matters
Younger mums are almost twice as likely to experience challenges with their mental wellbeing and often feel less able to ask for help. We want support to be easy, local and there when you need it. A warm welcome, practical help and activities that feel good.

Accessibility & approach
- Step‑free access and buggy‑friendly spaces where possible.
- Quiet corners for feeding, changing and taking a breather.
- Clear, friendly language—no jargon. If extra help might be useful, we’ll simply say, “Let’s get you some support.”
